Zack has been making music since Christmas of 2005 when he was gifted his first guitar. Since then, he has performed in numerous groups and ensembles around Pittsburgh. Zack holds a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Guitar from Duquesne University as well as an Associate of Science in Music Technology from CCAC. He has been teaching guitar, bass, and ukulele for several years and has experience with students of varying ages, skill levels, and musical interests. To Zack, music is about both creativity and understanding the layers of music theory. His goal as a teacher is to mold the curriculum for each student so they may understand the “rules” of music as well as developing their own unique style.
