“I’m guessing 6 years”

What instruments do you play? 

“Singing and piano” 

What songs are you working on right now? 

If I Ain’t Got You by Alicia Keys - on the piano right now 

How did you first get involved with music? What is your favorite genre to play? 

I just started to sing and that’s when it came to me

How has your Sunburst instructor impacted you? 

“Very great. I’ve learned a lot about this place and I feel like doing it forever” 

What is your favorite part of being a Sunburst student? 

Singing 

How do you feel about performing? 

“Sometimes i get a little nervous but when I go on stage that nervousness just flies away”

Do you have any tips for new students? 

“Sometimes if you get nervous that’s completely fine to feel, but when you get on stage you’ll be feeling so confident and you’ll be ready to sing that song” 

Anything else you’d like to say to the Sunburst people? 

“It’s been very fun and amazing to be here and I would love to learn some other instruments like guitar”
